He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Whole-Time Director at The Timken Company, where he spent more than two decades leading financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and supporting business growth across complex domestic and international environments.
Throughout his career, Avishrant has played a pivotal role in board-level strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, business integrations, and large-scale transformation programs. His notable achievements include leading the acquisition and integration of ABC Bearings, negotiating bilateral Advance Pricing Agreements with Indian and U.S. tax authorities, and managing engagements with key regulatory and capital market institutions such as the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), and Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
